999: What’s Your Emergency?

Channel 4, 9pm South Yorkshire Police receives 800 calls a day about people taking the law into their own hands, and the first edition in a new series follows a few such cases. On a Saturday night in Sheffield, officers respond when a man reports he’s being attacked by his partner after she came home and found him with a prostitute. Meanwhile, on the outskirts of Doncaster, there’s a brawl outside a supermarket.
