The delayed tournament finally gets under way at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, where Italy take on Turkey in Group A (kick-off 8pm). Italy failed to qualify for the World Cup for the first time in 60 years in 2016, but their form has improved since then – they are the favourites to win their group and have also been tipped as a team to watch in the contest as a whole.
