Lloyds to allow work from home days

LLOYDS Banking Group will allow all staff to work from home some days each week on a permanent basis from October.
The bank is understood to be planning the move to ‘hybrid’ working for all roles after conducting a staff survey.
Some 80 per cent of employees said they wanted more flexibility and to be able to work from home three or more days a week in the future.
Figures show the number of UK workers returning to offices rose 15 percent between April a nd May. I WG, which runs more than 300 offices in the UK, said Manchester saw the biggest rise with office use up 30 per cent.
The second stage of England’ s emergence from lockdown began on April 12, when non-essential retail and businesses such as salons reopened.
Some City firms, including investment banks, began bringing staff back to the office after Easter. The data, based on wi-fi logins per office, found that workplace visits had risen by 58 per cent since the start of January.
