MoS reporter scoops award

OUR City correspondent Helen Cahill has been recognised for a series of agenda-setting scoops.

Cahill, pictured, last year spearheaded a campaign to reopen garden centres after the first national lockdown; broke news of plans to revive the housing market by allowing viewings; and revealed the shocking scale of bounce back loan fraud. She was named as a winner in the Financial and Consumer Affairs category at the MHP + Mischief 30 To Watch: Young Journalist Awards 2021, which recognise writers under 30.

It comes after The Mail on Sunday was nominated for best business and finance team at the British Press Awards.
