ITV, 8.30pm Sian Phillips presents this new four-part series following the staff of the Glanusk Estate, the Brecon Mountain Rescue Team and a family of farmers in the foothills of Pen y Fan. We begin in autumn, with lord of the manor Harry Legge-Bourke on a mission to pull in the punters with a clay-pigeon shoot. Meanwhile, the mountain rescue team trains up the rookies. ★★★★★
