No matter how long the former Vogue fashion director and co-founder of design emporium Collagerie spends on the tablescape design, it’s the Christmas menus that always get the family talking. ‘The question, “Does anyone actually like turkey?” is asked each year. Once I deviated and did roast beef. Never again,’ she says.
