THE GOES WRONG SHOW

Fans of slapstick rejoice, for The Goes Wrong Show has returned. And things have certainly changed at Cornley Drama Society – Chris, who always introduced himself as ‘the directorrrr’ at the start of every doomed production, has been ousted by the egomaniac Robert, whose first play is as much about rubbing Chris’s nose in it as anything else. That play is a Downton-style effort called Summer Once Again, a title that gives you a clue as to what goes wrong during its production. Dennis (Jonathan Sayer, right) has a particularly rough time of it.
