Jolly hosts Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas (right) welcome the 11 remaining contestants into the iconic tent for Biscuit Week. Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood kick things off by asking the bakers to put their own twist on filled brandy snaps for the Signature.

Next, the bakers produce a jammy childhood favourite in the Technical and finally, in the Showstopper, they put their design skills to the test to create an interactive toy made exclusively from biscuit. It’s crunch time for our bakers – who will crumble and be evicted from the competition?
