Fiz Stape was given life in jail for murdering Colin Fishwick, despite her husband John’s deathbed confession that he was responsible for Colin’s death. He also admitted guilt for two other killings, for which Fiz (pictured) was charged but found not guilty.

15 YEARS AGO – EASTENDERS

When the decree absolute for Sonia and Martin Fowler’s divorce came through, they both said how much they still cared for each other, even if they hadn’t been particularly happy together. The pair (pictured) ended up kissing passionately.

20 YEARS AGO – EMMERDALE

Zak Dingle and his wife Lisa were going through a rough patch when he offered Jenny, the widow of his recently deceased friend Les, a shoulder to cry on. The pair had a drunken one-night stand, leaving Zak (pictured with Lisa) guilt-ridden.
