Ma and Pop head off on their own for a relaxing break in Margate, leaving Mariette and Charley in charge of the Larkin ‘nippers’. Ever the ‘glass half full’ types, Ma and Pop make the most of their time away, even if their accommodation is less than luxurious. Back home, Mariette runs rings around poor old Charley.

ESCAPE TO THE CHATEAU 8PM, CH4

Dick and Angel Strawbridge return and, with their wedding and event business shut for another year, they decide to tackle the chateau’s exterior. That means their fairytale home is quickly turned into a building site as work begins on the roof and walls – but even that can’t dampen the couple’s spirit and enthusiasm. SA
