The search is on for the perfect pudding fit to serve the Queen, with Dame Mary Berry and Masterchef’s Monica Galetti on the panel of expert culinary judges. The closing date for entries is 4 February, and five finalists will be invited to Fortnum & Mason in London in the week beginning 14 March to cook their creation for the panel before a winner is chosen.
