It’s all change in the kitchen as we return for a new series. Gone are seasoned judges Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort, to be replaced by comedian Ed Gamble and chefs Nisha Katona and Tom Kerridge (right). This year’s banquet will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the first BBC broadcast.
