Made by Château Dereszla, this is an impressive and inexpensive interpretation of the unusual Furmint grape. While the veg-packed soup may sound relatively innocent, the herbs and leeks, in particular, require a firm, characterful white with citrus and pear notes to intertwine with the layered vegetable flavours.
