If you enjoyed paramedic comedy Bloods on Sky/now, this could be your next comedy stop. It’s from Samson Kayo, the same co-writer who plays Maleek in Bloods and also plays the lead Joshua here, and has a similar energy and feel for its mundane urban setting. In Sliced, Joshua is a 24-year-old pizza delivery boy, still living at home with his mum, and hopelessly in love with the new girl at the pizza parlour. It’s a bit rude and sweary, but Kayo is a real star, making Joshua as endearing as he is hopeless. Series 1 and 2 available, UKTV Play
