Have you ever thought you would make a better PM than the current officeholder? You’re not alone. This new sixpart series follows 12 ordinary Britons – all of them convinced they are cut out to lead the country – as they embark on a series of Prime Ministerial-style challenges set by political heavyweights Baroness Sayeeda Warsi (left) and Alastair Campbell (right). The candidates are obviously ambitious – well, you’d have to be to sign up for a show like this – and very opinionated, their views representing voters from across the political spectrum. We’ll be following them on the campaign trail, but do they have what it takes to thrive in this cut-throat world?
