Janey Godley’s life has been a tough one. The Glaswegian comedian got through a povertystricken, violent and abusive childhood, ran a pub with her husband for 14 years, then tried her hand at stand-up. Her comedy career was in full swing when, in 2021, she was diagnosed with cancer and had to take a step back. Janey joins Michael to talk about laughing, living and her upcoming Not Dead Yet tour.
