SAS: WHO DARES WINS– JUNGLE HELL

9PM, CH4 ★★★★ Sometimes, it just takes a kind word or two of encouragement to get you through a tough experience. Not so here as, out of the 19 recruits remaining in the Vietnamese jungle, one of them is stranded at the top of a waterfall, pinned to the rocks and in fear of drowning – and Billy Billingham notes that he’s lost fellow operatives on similar missions… A breach of discipline in the camp leads to a ‘beasting’, which, as you’ll know from previous series, means punishment through physical exertion, but that’s nothing compared to the ‘milling’ that follows: hand-to-hand combat with the other recruits to weed out the weak.
