★★★★★ Sir David Attenborough’s latest nature series will no doubt provide a boost to British tourism thanks to the spectacular shots of the natural landscape. In the third instalment, we explore the grasslands that cover 40 percent of Britain and Ireland and provide a home for all kinds of wildlife, including the brown hare – this episode opens with a male hare trying to woo a female, who’s playing hard to get. Standing in a flowering meadow, Sir David explains why it’s so important to preserve these habitats – after watching the incredible footage of red deer stags, wild horses and blue butterflies (below), it’s impossible not to agree.
