TWO moments of brilliance encapsulated USA’s dominance. First, Jordan Spieth (left) found himself facing an almost vertical shot in the rough. He managed to steer the ball to within eight feet of the hole — but his momentum sent him hurtling down the hill and almost into Lake Michigan! Then in the afternoon fourballs Bryson DeChambeau hit a 417-yard drive on the par-five fifth (right) to leave himself just 70 yards to the flag. He got down in two for an eagle.
