Nuno ignores heading guidelines

NUNO ESPIRITO SANTO became the first Premier League manager yesterday to admit he is ignoring heading-limit guidelines in training, prompting concern from dementia campaigners. Football’s authorities advised clubs at the start of this season that their players should not be exceeding 10 high-force headers a week in light of a growing link to neurodegenerative diseases. Sources have told Sportsmail that the Tottenham boss (right) is not alone in disregarding guidance.
