Well Lady Connery, you only live twice

BROADCASTER Emma Forbes declared last year that she wouldn’t ever wear a bikini again, at the age of 55, but Sir Sean Connery’s widow, Micheline, has shown you’re never too old to slip into a two-piece.

Lady Connery, 93, has posed for this photograph with her granddaughter Saskia, 26, in the Bahamas, where she lived with the James Bond star until he died in 2020 aged 90.

At the time, Micheline, a Moroccan-French painter who was Connery’s second wife, said: ‘He was my life for so long and I am grateful for the wonderful life we had together. But it is not the same for me now.’
