It begins in 2016 in the months leading up to the Brexit vote, when Britain was more divided than ever and immigration was the hot topic of the day. The brilliant Stephen Graham (pictured) gives a typically convincing performance as activist Matthew Collins, a reformed neo-Nazi now working as a journalist for the antiracist organisation Hope Not Hate, who specialises in infiltrating

far-Right groups with inside moles — or walk-ins — with the goal of publishing information about their activities online. After the horrific murder of MP Jo Cox by a white supremacist, Collins became even more determined to infiltrate one particularly dangerous group, National Action, but with no success. That was until one day in March 2017, when he received an email from a member of the group who revealed details of a plan to kill a second MP, and the men worked together to prevent this hideous crime. The whole of this slow-burning series will be available as a box set on ITV Hub after the first episode has aired.
