I WAS surprised to see the photo of a Communication Workers Union striker holding a placard stating: ‘On strike to protect the service we provide’ (Mail).

When a company is losing more than £1 million a day, strikers are going to bankrupt employers.

The placard should have read: ‘On strike to utterly damage the service we do not provide!’
