8.47am Ms Bulley is seen on the ‘lower field’ with Willow and holding her mobile phone.

8:50am (approximately) A dogwalker who knows her spots her walking further along the path, and their two dogs engage briefly.

8.53am Mortgage adviser Ms Bulley sends an email to her employer.

8.57am She sends a text to a friend to organise a children’s playdate. 9.01am The mother of two logs in to a Teams conference call on her phone.

9.10am Ms Bulley is seen on the ‘upper field’ with Willow off her lead and not wearing her harness.

9.20am She returns to the bench, according to technical analysis of her smartphone showing it was placed down on the seat at this time, still connected to the call. Police believe this is when she falls into the water.

9.30am The Teams call ends but with Ms Bulley’s phone still connected. 9.33am Her phone is found on the bench, the harness between the bench and the river, and the dog wandering between the bench and a nearby gate, by another walker who raises the alarm.

Ms Bulley’s family and her children’s school are told she is missing.
