THe Queen yesterday gave her formal consent to the marriage of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer. And she marked the occasion by posing afterwards for her first photographs with the couple. She trained at Rada but, disheartened at the insignificant roles she was offered at the Oxford Playhouse, took a job in a food-processing factory, where she formed an amateur theatrical group with her fellow workers.
