PEP GUARDIOLA will hand his champions two days off after tomorrow’s visit to Brentford before ordering them to focus on a ‘once in a lifetime’ chance of immortality. City can secure only the second treble in English football history by winning the FA Cup and Champions League but Guardiola first wants his entire staff to recharge their batteries ahead of the final push. The City manager said: ‘We need to disconnect. Go with your families, if the sun is shining, play golf, do whatever you want. ‘Being Premier League champions before two finals — that doesn’t come every season. You have to relax, enjoy and do your best. No one can be sure we will be in that position again.’
