VACCINE PASSPORTS WILL BE NEEDED AT PARKHEAD
GEORGE GRANT
CELTIC have confirmed that fans must be prepared to display Covid vaccine passports ahead of the club’s Europa League clash with Ferencvaros on Tuesday. With the Scottish Government grace period for vaccine passport use coming to an end, fans will be asked to provide proof they have been double-jabbed. Acceptable documents include both printed and digital versions of Covid vaccine certificates, as well as proof of vaccination via the NHS Scotland Covid Check app. There are exemptions for some supporters, such as those under 18, anyone not able to get the jab for medical reasons, or people taking part in vaccine trials. Celtic host the Hungarians at the unusual time of 3.30pm — due to the COP26 Climate Conference in the city.
