Missed opportunity

JUdy Murray’s article (Mail) regarding the success of her sons being wasted in Scotland is a tragedy.

The lack of places to play is scandalous. Between 2013 and 2016, Andy Murray has won Wimbledon twice, won the US open, two gold medals at the olympics and led the British davis Cup team to victory.

yet the plans outlined by the various bodies to double the number of indoor courts with a timescale of between five and ten years has yet to be implemented. Work has not been begun on a single new indoor court.

get something done or the chance will just disappear.
