TODAY’S RECIPE: Crunchy garlic & parmesan sprouts
NEW way to serve old favourite. Serves: 6.
Ingredients
600g Brussels sprouts, halved 50g butter, melted 2 garlic cloves, crushed 50g panko breadcrumbs
Method
1 Heat oven to 200c/180c fan/gas 6. Tip sprouts into a bowl, drizzle over melted butter, add garlic and season. Toss sprouts until well coated in butter, add breadcrumbs and parmesan, and toss again. 2 Put cut-side down on a baking tray, making sure sprouts are spaced apart in a single layer. Roast for 25 minutes until crisp and golden.
