chef Richard Corrigan — who once kicked a junior member of the Royal Family out of his Mayfair restaurant, Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill, for calling him a ‘paddy’ — is moving back to the Emerald Isle. Corrigan, 58, who has cooked for the Queen and regularly attracts Boris Johnson, is in Dublin looking for suitable premises for a new restaurant. ‘Richard Corrigan is the biggest culinary star in Ireland, so it only makes sense for him to open a venue here,’ says my man nursing a Guinness. ‘London’s loss is our gain.’
