DEAD-HEAD YOUR WINTER PANSIES

DURING dreary January and frosty February, ‘winter’ pansies will be mean with their flowers. But as days lengthen, they’ll begin to produce more buds. It’s important to remove all dead flowers and any seed capsules regularly. If you gather pansy or viola blooms for the house, that will encourage further flowering.
