IMRIE’S MEN EARN POINT

DOUGIE IMRIE maintained his unbeaten league start as Morton manager last night after his side drew 2-2 against Raith Rovers at Cappielow. Morton took a 25th-minute lead when Gozie Ugwu converted from close range. Raith turned the game around thanks to Jamie Gullan’s penalty and Reghan Tumilty’s strike before the break. But Morton sub Robbie Muirhead headed the equaliser with 15 minutes remaining. Morton are up to seventh spot in the Championship, while Raith are fourth.
