Driver squeezes car into shelter

WE all know how tricky it can be to find a parking space at a busy supermarket, and sometimes you just have to nip in quick when you see one.

The driver of this red Volkswagen seems to have done just that – but the precious space was actually a trolley shelter.

Amused onlooker Dan Carron, 37, watched as ‘three young guys turned up in the red Volkswagen, swung around in front of me and reversed into the spot’, outside the Asda store in Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire. He then had cause to chuckle as ‘they squeezed out of the tiny gaps and went into McDonald’s’.
