Humza lacks intellect

SuRELy even the most dyed-in-thewool Scottish nationalist must pause and think seriously about the person they, not the people of Scotland, are electing to high office. It beggars belief that early in his campaign the leading contender for the job of First Minister could be so ignorant as to ask a group of female ukrainian refugees: ‘Where are all the men?’ He seemed totally unaware that the vast majority of the men were in the ukrainian armed forces and fighting against the Russian invasion.

Does someone with this level of intellect and lack of sensitivity deserve such a position?

aLExandEr mckaY, Edinburgh. WHAT a joke Humza yousaf is. He called Westminster a foreign power, yet if the SNP ever get independence they would join the Eu, which is a foreign power. After his gaffe while addressing the ukraine women about where their men were, he just keeps putting his foot in his mouth. With him possibly going to be First Minister, he will be a total embarrassment to this country.
