Don’t put your daughter on the stage (yet), Beyonce
IT’S never easy being the child of famous parents — the real world is a tough place at the best of times, even tougher if you’re thrust into the limelight before you’re ready.
that’s why I would urge caution after Beyonce’s decision to include her eldest, 11-year-old Blue Ivy, in her stage concerts (left). Uploading clips of her daughter dancing, she wrote: ‘My beautiful first born. I’m so proud and thankful to be your mama. you bring us so much joy, my sweet angel.’
I’m sure she does; but the question is, will being exposed so young bring Blue Ivy joy? I very much doubt it.
