DRINKS: Charlotte’s Easter wines
I love Easter wining and dining – it’s so less pressurised than Christmas. I’m also a huge lamb fan, and whether I’m doing a slow-spiced shoulder, a whole leg or a herb-crusted rack, Syrah is my go-to red. With spring ingredients on sale and the promise of warmer weather, Easter is also a good time to buy in fresh wines: sparkling, rosé, light and white.
