Trouble in store

Morrisons’ plans to unveil an ‘unmanned’ store where customers are left to their own devices certainly made me chuckle. If my recent experience of shopping in Morrisons is anything to go by, they have already adopted this innovation, with only self-service tills open, no staff at the food counters, and no management presence on the shop floor.
