The fame game
Celebrities utilising their fame to sell goods is increasing and, in my opinion, questionable. Eamonn Holmes endorses equity release – a massive financial decision for any family. And Phillip Schofield is an unlikely car salesman.
The persuasive talents of both of these celebrities are encouraging us to make large financial decisions. Is it ethical for them to use their fame in this way?
