Poch says his focus is on PSG

MAURICIO Pochettino has played down further links with Manchester United, insisting he’s ‘focused on PSG’.

Pochettino, who has emerged as the front-runner to succeed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has spent the week fending off questions about a move from Paris to Old Trafford.

Ralf Rangnick is set to become United’s new interim boss until the end of the season before being lined up for a consultancy role.

PSG, runaway leaders in the French top flight, have made it clear they have no intention of parting with the Argentine mid-season.

Pochettino, who recent reports have hinted is not entirely happy in France, said: ‘I’m focused on PSG. We’re used to rumours arriving. When they do arrive, it’s a sign that we are doing good work. It’s not us creating these rumours.’
