The candidates head to Greenwich’s National Maritime Museum, where Lord Sugar (above) explains this week’s task – to source a catch of the day and create a fish dish to sell to the public. In Cornwall, some of the individuals struggle to find their sea legs, while in London, the teams attempt to reel in a top corporate client. Then, in the boardroom, Sugar refuses ro fall for the bait and sets another candidate adrift. ★★★★☆
