Death In Paradise

The stakes are a good deal higher than usual in the latest instalment of events on the Caribbean island of Saint Marie, where the blissful idyll is broken only by a weekly dose of murder.

A month on from the events of last week’s episode, Florence (Joséphine Jobert) is still working undercover as an au pair for a suspected drug dealer in Jamaica. But then there are two sudden and dramatic twists that put her life in danger. First, her true identity is at risk of being revealed when her new employer decides it’s time for them all to take a trip to Saint Marie. And then, barely have they set foot on the island, there’s a murder – and Florence is a crucial witness.

Now it falls to our hero, DI Neville Parker (Ralf Little, right), not only to crack the case, but also to make sure his partner doesn’t end up dead, too. ★★★☆☆
