The Prince’s Trust Awards ITV, 8.30pm

Hosts Ant and Dec are at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, along with the charity’s founder and president Prince Charles. They'll be joined by a host of famous faces from the worlds of film, music, TV and sport, but the real stars are the winners of the awards, the young people who have overcome challenges to transform their own lives and those of others.
