As tourists begin to descend on the counties, this series returns to chart the lives of the people who live there all year round. They include Cornishman Jack Baines, who is joining forces with farmer Nick Dymond to turn a field of 275,000 sunflowers into cooking oil. Meanwhile, a pair of farmers take a holistic approach to raising sheep on the fringes of Dartmoor.
