British Land has stood the test of time for more than 160 years, and recent activity suggests that it will continue to do so. The group cannot buck the wider economy, but it builds places where people and businesses want to be – at prices they can afford. The shares were more than £6 before the pandemic. Now just £5.19, they are an attractive, long-term buy.
