Discount deceit

In addition to last week’s article about energy giants’ £4.5billion customer credit hoard, can I point out that not all energy companies are operating the Government energy discount scheme in the correct manner.

Some are actually adding the money as credit to customers’ balances rather than deducting this allowance.

The Government should insist that this scheme is implemented as it intended.
