Andrea Arnold’s unusual documentary follows the life of dairy cow Luma and her calf. Surprisingly moving, it offers insights into milking, grazing and birthing. After watching this, you’ll never look at a beef joint in the same way again. BBC2, 10.30pm (Ireland: 11.35pm)
