MAKES 8 • 160g dates • 80g hazelnuts • 2 level tsp cocoa powder PUT all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine. Roll the mixture into 8 balls and chill for an hour, or until set. These balls will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days and make a great on-the-go snack. They are also suitable for vegans. Enjoy in small amounts to protect weight loss.
