Oz comedy duo Kate McLennan and Kate McCartney have created this series shot in Tasmania, in which a couple of mismatched cops are hunting for a killer in the small, previously sleepy town of Deadloch. To catch the bad guy, local sergeant Dulcie Collins (Kate Box) is forced to put aside her differences with Eddie Redcliffe (Madeleine Sami), a senior investigator from out of town, as Deadloch prepares for its annual Winter Festival.
