40 dogs seized in RSPCA raid

POLICE and the RSPCA seized almost 40 dogs in a joint swoop on an alleged puppy breeding farm, it was revealed last night.

Armed with a joint animal welfare warrant, officers also seized three cats and £10,000 cash in Meopham, Kent. It comes as reports of the illegal bloodsport of hare coursing are rising.
