Going In Style (2017) BBC1, 10.30pm

The combined charisma of Alan Arkin, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine (above) makes this revamp of a 1979 crime caper a must-see. They play elderly friends who, after learning that a bank has diddled them out of their life savings, hatch plans to take it back.

But are the ageing antiheroes really cut out for a life of crime? ★★★★☆
